- LOX Tanks Solicitation *THE SOLICITATION HAS NOW BEEN POSTED TO FBO - SEE ATTACHMENT FOR ALL OF THE NECESSARY INFORMATION* * THIS SOLICITATION WILL END ON 18 SEPT 2012 AT 1:00 PM MST* THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE The United States Air Force at Cannon Air Force Base is soliciting (1) for (Qty.2) liquid oxygen storage tanks (3655-01-353-6699) that is self-contained, vacuum jacketed, skid mounted; normal operation pressure of 50 PSIG; air transportable when empty; SR-1 Definitive Government Specifications/Standards Reference A-A-58000TYISZA; Manufacturers code 81348; and (2) Removing the Old LOX tanks and replacement with the new ones. The Old Tanks will need to be reloacted to where the customer will need them for DRMO to dispose of. The NAICS code is 332420 and the small business standard is 500 employees. This will be a firm-fixed price purchase order. A solicitation will be issues electronically and will be available for downloading from this site on August 27, 2012. The due date for questions is Septemeber 1, 2012, no later than 1:00 PM EST. The due date for proposal is September 10, 2012 at 1:00 PM EST.
