- THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENDED SOLE SOURCE AWARD. MICC-Mission and Installation Contracting Command-ISO Fort Sill, Oklahoma intends to award a sole source indefinite-delivery requirements contract for accreditation/ information assurance to Creative Technologies, INC. The award will consist of the following items/configurations: CLIN 0001 Information Assurance Compliance Accreditations; CLIN 0002 Validation-Testing Phase; CLIN 0003 Production; CLIN 0004 Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541511, size standard $25.5 Million. This proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit or negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within five (5) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
