- The United States Air Force intends to negotiate sole source with Gentex Corp., 9859 7TH street Ranch Cucamonga, CA 91730 for oxygen mask light kits. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedure and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satosfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability. All inquiries received by the Government by 1:00 PM mountain time, 11 September 2012, will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitve procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
