- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 15, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation # M00263-12-T-1032 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-60 and DFARS Public Notice 201120529. This solicitation is unrestricted. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes for this requirement are 334119. This acquisition is for the procurement of nonpersonal supplies to provide an estimated 74 Fingerprint Card Scan Systems in support of Marine Corps Recruiting Command, Quantico Virginia. The contract type will be a firm fixed price contract pursuant to FAR Subpart 16.202. The contract requirements for these Fingerprint Card Scan Systems are outlined in the solicitation. The Government will review quotes for the purchase of this equipment. The applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses that apply to this acquisition can be found in section I of the SF 1449.
