- The Government has a requirement the following: Purchase Request Order Numbers (PRON): D12N5001D1; Noun: Guided Missile Tube; National Stock Number: 1440-01-600-4170; Part Number: 13680455; Quantity: 350 each; applicable to the M-E4 Improved Target Acquisition System (ITAS). Required delivery with First Article Testing is 350 each, 115 days DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 350 each, 70 days DACA. No telephone requests will be accepted. This is a full and open competitive procurement. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the Ariba system and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: http://govacutions.suppliers.ariba.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470.
