Synopsis: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Acquisition Service - Frederick, in accordance with Public Law 109-461, VAAR 819.7007, and FAR 6.302-5 intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement with Coley and Associates, Inc., to provide the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system web-based training (WBT) design and training support services. The contractor shall provide a collaborative approach and provide full support of the training activities to include: "Developing CRM/unified desktop (UD) curriculum for: oInstructor-led training and simulations and oWeb-based training "Developing CRM/UD instructor-led training including materials, exercises, and instructor guides "Developing CRM/UD simulations and web-based training modules to be used standalone The period of performance is a twelve-month base period with one twelve-month option period, not to exceed twenty-four months. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for competitive quotations. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
