- Request for Quote SF 18 THIS IS A 100% SERVICE-DISABLED-VETERAN-OWNED COMPETITIVE ACQUISITON The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting a price quote to provide 40 hours of FAC-P/PM Refresher Training for FAC P/PM Level I, II, and III certified staff (30 individuals). There is no incumbent as this is a new HRSA requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement 611430, "Professional and Management Development Training" and the small business size in dollars is $7M. This will be a firm-fixed price purchase order under FAR Part 13. The period of performance will be for a base period of 12 months plus four (4) 12-month option years. A solicitation will be issued electronically, and will be available for downloading from this site on or about September 2, 2012. The due date for questions is September 05, 2012 no later than 5:00 p.m. EST. The due date for proposals is September 14, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. EST. TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE HONORED.
