- Due to proprietary information/ rights, the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 6.302. This requirement is for a new motor control center installation into Engine Test Cells 13/14 and 5/6 at the Corpus Christi Army Depot, Corpus Christi, Texas. Negotiations will be conducted solely with Southwest Research Institute. This synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This determination is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation.
