- Specifications This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as Request for Quotes (RFQ) MCCDC12410764; total small business set-aside brand name requirement(redacted justification attached) The offeror is to provide the following items listed below to the Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC), Operations Analysis Division (OAD)(C195), 3300 Russell Road, Quantico, VA 22134. Offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration(CCR) and qualify as a small business therein to be considered for this requirement. Item Supplies/Services Qty Unit 0001 Dell Precision T5500 Workstation 16 Ea (Specifications attached as separate document) NAICS code is 443120. The resulting contract will be firm-fixed price and be paid electronically through WAWF. The offeror shall provide a price for each contract line item (CLIN) listed above and total amount delivered destination for all items offered via email to sharon.ward@usmc.mil NLT 1500 EST on 11 September 2012. The Goverment will make an award to the responsible offeror with the lowest price and technically acceptable. Should the offerors items be under GSA contract, please indicate contract number and expiration date. The following clauses/provisions are hereby incorporated by reference.
