- The U.S Army Contracting Command intends to solicit, negotiate and award to Atlas Research, LLC, 3240 Prospect Street, NW, Suite 100, Washington, DC 20007 to provide services to support the U.S. Army Chemical Materials Agency (CMA). The proposed contract will provide administrative, health management, and clinical expertise and resources to establish an agency-wide health and wellness initiative to promote health, prevent disease, and manage known conditions among the employees of the CMA. The CMA seeks to create an agency-wide culture of health, wellness, and prevention that promotes healthy lifestyle choices, identifies potential problems early, and manages populations with chronic diseases to maximize health outcomes while reducing medical costs, minimizing absenteeism, and improving worker productivity. This effort will contain a one (1) year base contract with two (2) one (1) year options. At the present time Atlas Research is the only SDVOSB that can provide the stated service. The proposed effort will be solicited on the basis of other than full and open competition pursuant to FAR 6.302 5, 'Authorized or required by statute'. The proposed effort will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 for Commerical Services. A firm-fixed price contract will be utilized. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 621999. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
