- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 6 Open Market. The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Tennant Division, 4118 Susquehanna Avenue, Aberdeen, MD 21005 has a requirement to procure the following items: CLIN 0001 60 each GrayWolf Monitoring Kit's CLIN 0002 60 each Ozone Sensor's (Part Number: SEN-0-03) CLIN 0003 60 each Connection Cable 1M (Part Number: AD-L7F-USBF) The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) sole source order/contract to GrayWolf Sensing Solutions, LLC. This firm is the sole developer/manufacturer /distributor of the product. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334513 and the Business Size Standard is 500. All responses received within ten (10) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Thursday, September, 13, 2012. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
