- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY!!! Solicitation W911SA-12-T-0429 will be posted on or near 05 September 2012 on www.fbo.gov. Continue to check www.fbo.gov for updates. MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue a Solicitation for Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to provide lodging and conference space in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Period of performance is 19 October 2012 to 21 October 2012. Hotel MUST be located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. **Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents will be discouraged.
