- AMENDMENT 004 AMENDMENT 004 ISSUED AMENDMENT 003 ISSUED AMENDMENT 002 ISSUED AMENDMENT 001 ISSUED SYNOPSIS: THIS SOLICITATION IS A SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET-ASIDE PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: This project is to furnish all labor, materials and equipment to include but not limited to the following: 1) Selected site demolition and demolition of existing metal structures including asbestos and lead containing materials. 2) Construction of a new pre-engineered metal building of approximately 9,588 SF; housing seven storage bays with an office in each, support spaces consisting of female and male toilets and lockers, janitor and telecom rooms and a gymnasium. 3) Site improvements including new paved areas, green areas, utility relocation and new utilities. The performance period will be 180 calendar days. The estimated value of this procurement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2007 code is 236220. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $33.5 million. Bid, payment, and performance bonds are required.
