- Description
- Dyess AFB, Texas, intends to make a single award for a CONTRACTOR OPERATED CIVIL ENGINEERING SUPPLY STORE (COCESS) with a period of performance 1 October 2012 thru 30 September 2013; with one (1) option year. Work consists of, but not limited to, providing all personnel, management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor and supervision necessary to operate a civil engineering supply store. The Contracting Officer anticipates awarding an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The award will be made to the responsible contractor who submits the most advantageous proposal to the Government based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). The solicitation will be available on or about September 18, 2012 and will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All future information concerning the acquisition, including solicitation and amendments, will be distributed solely through the website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about the acquisition. You may download the solicitation to prepare your proposal for submission. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. The anticipated date for receipt of proposals is on or about October 18, 2012. The North American Industry Classification System code for this solicitation is 332510.
