- Description
- The U.S. Army Reserves currently has a requirement for grounds maintenance (landscaping) at the following location: 1) Reading USARC 547 Philadelphia Ave Reading PA 19607 The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, safety equipment, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform all operations and services in accomplishing grounds maintenance operations. The period of performance for this requirement is anticipated to be 24-Sep-2012 to 23-Apr-2013 with 4 option years from 24 May 2012 to 23 May 2017. This requirement will be set aside 100% for small business concerns utilizing NAICS 561730-Landscaping Services. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $7M. A solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps on or about 5-Sep-2012 with an anticipated award date of 21-Sep-2012. To be eligible for contract award, all contractors must be registered with the System for Award management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Payments for the resulting contract will be made through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Contractors can register for WAWF at https://wawf.eb.mil/.
