Description

Synopsis: The Department of Veterans Affairs, James J. Peter VA Medical Center is currently seeking Small Business firms capable of providing and installing a "8' x 40' Climate Controlled Storage Facility" for the Emergency Management department at the New Jersey Healthcare System, Lyons Campus. The vendor will be responsible for but not limited to: furnishing labor, materials and equipment to install portable storage trailer, secure trailer on location and level site as needed, install new electrical cables existing panel and running new telephone line to inside of trailer. NEW EQUIPMENT ONLY. No remanufactured or gray market items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer warranty. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 531130. Firms desiring consideration shall email directly to the Contract Specialist referencing the following in the subject field "8' x 40' Climate Controlled Storage Facility". Please review and complete attached Solicitation/RFQ # VA243-12-Q-2162. All Solicitation/RFQ's from interested parties along with three (3) references MUST be received by 10:00AM on September 11, 2012 through email address as follows, Charnell.Cunningham@va.gov or fax: 718-741-4722. Late Solicitation/RFQ's will not be accepted.
