- Sole Source Justification Letter for HAZMATID360 UPGRADE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F1U3CX2201A001 is hereby issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60, 28 Jul 2012. The associated NAICS code is 334516 with a 500 employee size standard. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001: HAZMATID 360 Upgrade (QTY: 2 ea.) (End description). Delivery SHIP TO ADDRESS FOB 30 Days ADC 354 CES/CEX DESTINATION 2630 CENTRAL AVE Eielson AFB, AK 99702 Quotes must be submitted and received no later than 05 September 2012 AST 02:00 pm. Quotes must be e-mailed to the attention of the primary P.O.C.s listed below or faxed to 907-377-2389.
