- Brand Name Justification THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67001-12-Q-0312 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811219 and the small business size standard is $19.0 million. Award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable to the Government. This solicitation is for all or none. This requirement is a BRAND NAME procurement. The manufacturer's name and model number provided in this solicitation is essential to the Government's requirements, thereby precluding consideration of a product manufactured by another company.
