- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation for Power Breezer Name Brand or Equivalent environmental cooling device. Outdoor Environmental Cooling Device See attachment for additional information. Key Requirements included: - Atomization of water droplets to minimize moisture on cooling surfaces (computers and electronics). - Water storage/distribution system that isn't prone to develop mildew growth or pass through cardboard media. - No permanent water hose connections. - Capable of operating for 40 hours without refilling the storage tank.
