- Map Training Site Statement of Work COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION GRINDING OF USED ASPHALT ELLSWORTH AFB, SD (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted) on reference number F1V3P32219A001. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-49, effective 26 July 2012. (iv) This procurement is being set aside for full and open competition as 100% total small businesses set aside under the NAICS code 238990 with a size standard of $14 MIL.. (v) CLIN 0001: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to grind asphalt reclaim pile at CEOHP training area. (vi) Description of requirement: See attached Statement of Work (vii) Awardee shall coordinate with Project Coordinator (to be identified at award) prior to performance.
