- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Janitorial Support Services for CFMO at the DC National Guard. The service consists of providing all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure janitorial support services are performed for the CFMO in a manner that will maintain satisfactory facility condition and present a professional appearance. Services will be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions and industry best practices as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) with the focus on safety and customer service. All labor, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other furnished property and services except as specified in the contract as Government Furnished Property will be provided by the contractor. A fixed price requirements type contract is contemplated. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Janitorial Services consist of cleaning and servicing the building identified in and in accordance with the Performance Work Statement included in the Solicitation. This requirement will be solicited under the NAICS Code: 561720, the associated size standard for this NAICS Code is $16.5 million. A site visit will be held at the DC Armory at 2001 East Capitol Street, SE Washington, DC 20003 at 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. The date for receipt of quotations shall be September 13th, 2012 at 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time. All quotations shall be submitted via e-mail to chanel.wilson@ng.army.mil, no quotation shall be accepted via FedBizOpps. The solicitation shall be downloaded at the above website; no paper copy of this solicitation will be distributed. Prospective contractors MUST be actively registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be eligible for award.
