- The USDA/NRCS Texas State Office has a requirement for a 4 row John Deere 1700-40 inch planter(or equal), and a Roll-A-Cone Turn Row Plow (or equal). In order to be determined an equal item, a proposed alternate make or model item must meet the minimum specifications as shown on the attached requirements sheets. NOTE: This solicitation includes two pieces of agricultural equipment, USDA/NRCS will consider proposals for either item, or both items; depending on the overall best value to the government of combined or separate offers. Please review both sets of attachments to this solicitation.
