- Response to Amendment 0007 is extended to 7 Sep 12 in Amendment 0008. Posted responses to assumptions and questions. Changes to CDRL. Conformed Amendment 0008. 3 Sep 12: Amendment 0007 and 0008 are posted. Response to assumptions and questions. Change to CDRLs. Proposal due date in response to posted responses and CDRLS is extended for all volumes to 7 Sep 12. 20 Jul 12: Amendment 0006 is posted. Receipt of proposals for remaining volumes is extended to 30 Jul 12. CLIN 0010 is added to Sec J, Atch 18: WBS. Change in response to question is changed in Sec A. 17 Jul 2012: Question: Conformed Amendment 0005, page 2 (Sec A), under Type of Contract, it states that this is a a CPIF Contract. But in Sec H, para H2, it states this is an CPIF IDIQ contract. Response: IDIQ was left off page 2, Sec A. The contract type is CPIF IDIQ per Sec H, para H2 and Sec L, FAR Clause 52.216-1. 12 Jul 2012: MPACS Amendment 0005, conformed copy of the MPACS RFP and an updated Pricing Model are posted. Amendment 0005 contains responses to questions from industry. 28 Jun 2012: MPACS Amendment 0004 is posted. Past Performance due date for Small Business Relevancy Criteria Only is extended to 7 Jul 2012. The Small Business Relevancy Criteria responses may be submitted electronically. All other volumes due dates are extended 10 days to 27 Jul 12. Responses to the MPACS RFP are addressed in the amendment. 26 Jun 2012: Conformed copy of Amendment 0003 is attached. No changes to Amendment 0003. Pricing Model for Amendment 0002 is attached. The Development Task percentages are corrected per Amendment 0002. 21 Jun 2012: Amendment 0003 is attached.
