- Description
- The Department of Labor (DOL) Office of Procurement Services (OPS) intends to award a Sole Source contract to Ingenix, Inc to provide the following: Renewal of 1300 IDC-9 Expert.com Hospital licenses for twelve (12) months. The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 541519 with a business size standard of $25.5 million dollars. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-5(a) (ii). The agency's need for a brand name commercial item for authorized resale. This Notice of Intent to Sole Source is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be addressed. No award will be made on the basis of quotes or offers received in response to this notice. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to meet this requirement by September 11, by 5:00pm EST. Additionally, any response to this notice must show clear, compelling and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the government.
