- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is sole sourced to Vibracon/Bouche Labs, CAGE code 1QZ77, under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). This acquisition is for one Vibracon/Bouche Model 5000CR Automated Reciprocity-Accelerometer Calibration System. Period of performance is 12 weeks after contract award. Inspection and Acceptance will be at destination. The provisions of FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2*, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 apply to this order. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. *The sole evaluation factor for award is lowest price technically acceptable. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
