- This action is updated as a Combined Synopsis Solicitaion and is posted on FBO at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_view.cfm?psolicitationnbr=W900KK12R0080 This is a SYNOPSIS FOR COMMERCIAL ITEM in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The small size standard is 500 employees for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333312. The U.S. Army intends to procure the following item: 76 each Sonosite Emergency Medicine:SFAST systems or Equivalent with two options for an additional 38 each, for the Resuscitation Education Initiative (REdI) Program. Shipments are to be FOB Destination. All items are to be shipped to SimLEARN Staging Center Orlando FL. Delivery shall be within 60 days after contract award. Packaging and Packing shall be in accordance with Standard Practice for Commercial Packaging (ASTM D 3951-98).
