- Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source purchase order to Limestone Technologies, Inc. of Ontario, Canada. The agency ™s requirement is for the purchase of replacement parts for polygraphic equipment currently used by the agency. The following replacement parts are included under this notice: Item 1 - Respiration Component - Lower Pheumo (Tube) - Color: Black - Qty 10. Item 2 - Respiration Component - Upper Pheumo (Tube) - Color: Silver - Qty 10. Item 3 - StingRaySE Counter Measure Cushion - Color: Black -Qty 10. The proposed contract action is for products for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other products will satisfy the agency requirements. This is not a solicitation for competitive quotes. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
