- Descriptions(s): The 301 st Operational Contracting at NAS JRB Fort Worth, Texas, intends to award a Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS) for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The CSS number F5A3CE2216A001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This CSS F5A3CE2216A001, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the FAR Parts Current to Fac 2005-58, Effective 18 May 2012; DFARS Parts Current to DPN 20120629, effective 29 Jun 2012 edition; and, AFFARS Parts current thru AFAC 2011-0330, effective 30 Mar, 2012. RESTRICTIONS. This solicitation is set-aside for competitive participation by small business classified as such under the applicable The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition. This acquisition is being offered under NAICS 337127, with a size standard of 500 employees.
