- Sole Source J&A for Rapiscan NIIS Sustainment Services in southwest Asia The contractor shall provide the U.S. Army, JPdM CM with sustainment services for the contractor’s OEM (original equipment manufacturer) Non-Invasive Inspection Systems (NIIS), and Entry Control Points. These systems are deployed in southwest Asia (mostly Afghanistan) in forward operating bases. Very high levels of operational availability are required.
