- Specifications for ClearSpan Structure This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F7A3SJ2194AC01 and this is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Total Small Businesses. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract; the award will be made based on the lowest price. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-58. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332311. The SB size standard for this code is 500 EMPLOYEES. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items: CLIN 0001 -.Furnish all labor and materials to install a ClearSpan Structure 45'W x 60'L IAW the Spec Sheet. If providing an equal item it is the vendor's responsibility to provide documentation that demonstrates the item being quoted is equal to the product being requested, failure to do so will result in your product being considered not equal.
