Terms and Conditions RFP: 1 ea - Trane Chiller 50 Ton Air-Cooled Chiller, Scroll Compressors P/N: CGAM052; includes the following: Air-Cooled Scroll Packaged Chiller, 50 Tons, 208/230V/60hertz/3phase, lon talk/tracer summit interface and Dyna view unit controller, programmable relays and start up Notice: Purchase of this item is contingent upon funding by the Air Force. "Funds are not currently available for this purchase and have not been promised or guaranteed". There shall be no legal liability on the part of the Government or CSC should funding not be provided. In the absence of funding no purchase will result". At this time I am soliciting quotes for above items and ask that the vendor hold prices until at least Oct. 1, 2012. If funding should occur this solicitation may result in a purchase, so I ask that all attached required documents be filled out, signed and dated, so purchase can be expedited before loss of funding.
