Description

This amendment revises the requirement to eliminate being within 12 miles of the USAG-Mannheim, Germany location. The amendment also extends the proposal due date until 11 September 2012. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A. Solicitation Number: W564KV-12-T-0074 is issued as a: _X__ request for quotation (RFQ) ____ request for proposal (RFP). B. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. C. This RFQ/RFP is not set-aside for any NAICS code or small business size standard. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program does not apply to this requirement. D. Please see attachment 1 for the Statement of Work. E. Please see attachment 2 for the clauses, provisions, terms and conditions for the request.
