- NOTICE OF INTENT REQUEST # 0010175606 The US Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Installation Division, 4118 Susquehanna Ave, APG, MD 21005 intends to award a sole source contract to RTD Embedded Technologies, INC., 103 Innovation Boulevard, State College PA 16804-0906. The contract will be for Emergency on-call remedial maintenance repair and calibration of RTD equipment utilized by the US Army Aberdeen Test Center. RTD is the only authorized repair facility for this equipment. The contract will be for a base year and two (2) option years. Interested parties may identify their interest in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 11:00 AM, Eastern Time, September 11, 2012. Telephone responses will not be accepted. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
