- Limited Source Documentation The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Northrop Grumman, Information Systems Sector, 4807Stonecroft Blvd, Chantilly, VA 20151. The Acquisition is for one (1), one year CGA Rackmount 07 Model Service Plan (CGA-07-M-1). The service plan will be provided for one DEA office. This is a "Sole Source" requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 6.302-1, Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition, a DEA "Limited Source Documentation" is attached for reference. Item number, quantity (QTY), description and units of measure (UOM): Item Number Description QTY UOM CGAR-07-M-1 Joint Mapping Toolkit (CJMTK) Geospacial Appliance (CGA) -CGA Rackmount 07 Model Service Plan 1 Each The Government intends to issue a single, firm-fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All applicable provisions and clauses, including FAR clauses 52.212-3, 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 are in the attached matrix. All sources shall submit a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3. All interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to the requirement.All questions and quotes shall be submitted electronically to amanda.j.marsh@usdoj.gov. The deadline for questions is September 12, 2012 at 2:00pm EST. Questions & Answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation.
