- This amends previous combined synopsis solicitation for Emergency Placement Care Coordinator non-personal services for the Army Community Services (ACS) at US Army Garrison (USAG), Wiesbaden, Germany. The contract will be for one base year with 2 options for contract extension under FAR 52.217-9, and potential six months extension under FAR 52.217-8. Solicitation document is provided and the date for receipt of offers is set to 07 Sep 2012, 1200 hours CET, Wiesbaden, Germany local time. The provision on evaluation is revised to allow award to less qualified in terms of lesser experience if highly qualified or qualified offeror's prices are not affordable or no offers received met the "highly qualified" or "qualified" rating.
