- Attachment 1 (Specification) FA5209-12-T-0144 NOTICE TO OFFEROR: This request for quotation (RFQ) is to obtain pricing for items which are not funded at this time, but have requested to receive funding this fiscal year through fall out funds, prior to 30 Sep 2012. Your quote must remain in effect until this date. No award will be made under this RFQ until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this quote before 30 Sep 2012. ******************************* This RFQ includes Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001 which consists of (1) 3 each of mini trucks (right hand drive, flat bed) and (2) 2 sets of technical publications in Japanese (Operator's manual, Technical/Repair manual and Parts catalogue) for the mini trucks. Please see attached RFQ FA5209-12-T-0144 (SF1449) & Attachment 1 for details. If quoting an equal item, please provide the manufacturer name, model number, and its specification. Offeror is requested to submit a completed SF1449 to the POC no later than 19 Sep 2012, 2 PM (Japan Standard Time).
