- FLOORPLAN REQUIREMENTS FUNDS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT; HOWEVER, A REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY12 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 23, 2012. ALL QUOTES NEED TO BE VALID UNTIL SEPTEMBER 23, 2012. This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33 and DFARS Change Notice 20070913.. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small businesses The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 423210, size standard 100 employees. This is a best value award. In accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION, prior to receiving any contract award, contractors must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR). 52.237-9003 Site Visit Coordinator.
