Description

Wage Determination Provisions and Clauses Statement of Work The Drug Enforcement Administration has a requirement for the removal, replacement, and installation of the existing 2000 gallon exchanger tank at the DEA Training Academy, DEA Office of Training, 2500 Investigation Parkway, Quantico, VA 22135. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238220. The Government intends to issue a single, firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All applicable provisions and clauses are in the attached matrix.The contractor shall perform in accordance with the attached Scope of Work. The contractor shall be factory authorized installer for the proposed equipment to be installed. This requirement is subject to the Service Contract Act. Wage Determination No: 2005-2103 Revision No.: 12 dated 6/13/2012. All quotes must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. eastern standard time on September 19, 2012. The deadline for questions is September 14, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. eastern standard time and should be submitted electronically to jacelyn.e.stanton@usdoj.gov. Questions and answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. Late submissions of offers will not be accepted.
