- List of tools for each cabinet This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3ZT892235A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-60 effective 26 July 2012; Defense DCN 20120829 effective 29 Aug, 2012, and AFAC 2012-0330 effective 30 Mar 2012. This acquisition is Small Business Set-Aside; The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 326150 The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 9390. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3086. Travis AFB has a requirement for Foam tool organizers for Snap-on Masters series roll cabinet (P/N KRL722B) to include: - One drawer: 49.13 inch by 21.88 inch by 5 inch deep (upright sockets, rachets and accessories) - One drawer: 49.13 inch by 21.88 inch by 3 inch deep (wrenches) - Three drawers 30.50 inch x 21.88 inch - Three drawers 14.63 inch x 21.88 inch - Closed-Cell Polyethylene Tool Foam Construction (3/4 inch thick) - Two Contrasting colors fused with a thermal bond (Red & Black) - Precision cut pockets with finger pockets - Proposed tool layout (drawing and photos) with tool list by part number will be provided on request. - Vendor has flexibility to adjust proposed tool layout to meet size and fit requirements. - One set of tools will be provided to the successful vendor for final layout. - Successful vendor will provide CAD drawing of layout for review and approval prior to final delivery. Qty: 15 Cabinets Tool list will be attached for all tools. The entire list will be in each cabinet. Layout to be designed after an award. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
