- **** Draft RFP plans and specifications now available for download. Please follow the instructions below for requesting access to plans and specifications. This Draft is for INFORMATION ONLY, this is NOT for solicitation. This is for review comment purposes only.*** The purpose of this posting is to notify interested parties that Industry Day # 2 will take place on Thursday, 11 October 2012, for Phase IV of the Folsom Joint Federal Project. The RFP for Phase IV will be W91238-13-R-0001 and the NAICS will be 237990 with the Small Business Size Standard of $33.5M. The focus of this event will be for the overall project work. The meeting location will be at the Folsom City Hall Community Center at 52 Natoma Street, Folsom, CA 95630. To participate in Industry Day # 2, we request that you send your company name, contact information, and list of attendees via email to Anna Cayanan at anna.r.cayanan@usace.army.mil, by Wednesday, 3 October 2012 at 5PM PST. Additionally, please note that a Site Visit will follow Industry Day # 2. This visit will take place on federal property and additional information is required in order to access this site for security purposes. If you are interested in participating in the Site Visit, please send an additional email Anna Cayanan at anna.r.cayanan@usace.army.mil with the following information for each attendee: - Name - Driver's License Number - US Citizenship (Yes or No) **Only US Citizens are allowed on Folsom Joint Federal Project site. All information is due by Wednesday, 3 October 2012 at 5PM PST. *** a maximum of 3 people from each interested party will be allowed to attend the Site Visit. Preliminary drawings and specifications are expected to be provided prior to Industry Day # 2, for review by interested parties. To get access to the Specifications please email a request on your company letterhead to raymond.r.greenheck@usace.army.mil with a copy to anna.r.cayanan@usace.army.mil and include 2 company email addresses for access to the database. Once this request is received, log in instructions to the database will be provided. We request that these drawings and specifications are reviewed prior to Industry Day. Please note that a set agenda will be added to this notice within the next 2 weeks.
