- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes are being requested for the required items and no written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-60, effective June 26, 2012. Solicitation number W911S7-12-T-0116 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60 - 26 July 2012. This Request for Quote is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 339999. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract on or about 26 September 2012. All items shall be FOB Destination to Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. requires the following items: 01RIT Pack 3 w/Facepiece, 2 each (emergency air supply system used for SCBA's) (Scott Safety product or equal) 02Hose Air line 100', 12 each (to be used with respirators) (Scott Safety product or equal) 03Cylinder w/valve carbon, 42 each (carbon fiber cylinder) (Scott Safety product or equal) 04SCBA Mask AV-3000 small, 3 each (small Kevlar head harness) (Scott Safety product or equal) 05SCBA Mask AV-3000 medium, 4 each (medium Kevlar head harness) (Scott Safety product or equal) 06SCBA Mask AV-3000 large, 4 each (large Kevlar head harness) (Scott Safety product or equal) 07AP75 4500 PSI SCBA Pass & Hud, 11 each (Scott Safety product or equal) 08SKA PAK 45000, 4 each (air respirator) (Scott Safety product or equal) Invoicing and payment shall be accomplished through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
