PRON: AX2Q0427AX; NOUN: Bracket StructuralC; NSN: 1560-01-557-1515; P/N: 406-530-100-117; Quantity: 60 each applicable to BX (OH-58D Army Helicopter Improvement Program) with deliveries to Tracy, CA.Required delivery with First Article Testing is 60 each 375 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 60 each year until contract completion. First Article Test Report is due 238 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Test is 60 each, 250 DACA and 60 each year until contract completion. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. _
