- RFQ,SITE VISIT AND INSTRUCTIONS The Government's requirement under this RFQ is for a public address system. This is a one-time delivery requirement. The quote is to be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The applicable NAICS code is 334310. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/offers are being requested/accepted and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 10176101 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60 and DFARS change notice 20120724. This combined synopsis/solicitation is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the United States Air Force.
