Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 1201 Broad Rock Boulevard, Richmond, Virginia 23249, will be soliciting proposals for Fixed Dental Laboratory Services. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials and supplies necessary to complete each item. A request for quote (VA-246-12-Q-2589) will be issued on or about September 10, 2012. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is October 1, 2012 (or date of award) through September 30, 2013 with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This is a 100% small business set-aside. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov The applicable NAICS Code is 339116 with a size standard of 500.
