This requirement provides for consultative, analytical, decision making, managerial, and implementation support services to TRICARE Management Activity (TMA), a component of the Military Health System (MHS), for a Nurse Advice Line (NAL), offering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year telehealth nurse triage and self/ home care advice, civilian network authorizations, civilian network provider locator support, and specified Military Treatment Facility (MTF) appointing services, for the MHS. The intent is to utilize personnel with telehealth experience to implement, support, and maintain a NAL for beneficiaries of the TRICARE health care program serving Uniformed service members, retirees, and their families (henceforth referred to as TRICARE) residing or visiting in the Continental United States (CONUS).
