- Notice of Intent to Sole Source AUSA Annual Meeting Booth Space Solicitation Number: VA701-12-I-0448 The Department of Veterans Affairs, Program Contract Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), "Only One Responsible Source Available, no other source will satisfy agency requirements." The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) to provide exhibit/booth space at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center for the AUSA Annual Meeting scheduled for October 22-24, 2012. The NAICS code for this procurement is 531120 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is 7.0 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
