- JOFOC 1. Brand Name Justification 2. Authority FAR 6.302-1 (C) 3. Agency and the contracting activity. The agency is the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA), Federal Grain Inspection Service (FGIS). Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Marketing and Regulatory Programs (MRPBS) Administrative Services Division (ASD) intend to buy the following Gamet Manufacturing brand-name equipment. 4. Nature and/or description of the action being approved. GIPSA Strategic Objective(s) • Objective 2.1. Provide the market with terms and methods for quality assessments. • Objective 2.2. Protect the integrity of U.S. grain and related markets. 5. A description of the supplies or services required to meet the agency's needs. Equipment purchased for official use must be in accordance to the Approved Equipment list published in Equipment Handbook, and applicable Program Notice and Directives.
