Description

Sole Source Justification The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed-Price contract to Passware 360 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 1900, Chicago, IL 60601-3805. This sole source contract is to renew the Passware Kit Forensic Subscription. The period of performance is date of award through twelve months. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C.253(c)(2) FAR 6.301-1 (a)(2) - Only one responsible source. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements and qualifications for the provision of this requirement. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct future competitive procurements. This is a Notice of Intent, not a solicitation. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement and no other information will be provided.
