F4AB002120A001 Environmental Room Amendment 03, 11 Sep 12 Questions & Answers #3 7 Sep 12 Q1: How much water will be introduced during the -5 °C? A1: 0.03402 ounces per minute Q2: Are there any height requirements for the ceiling? A2: The ceiling must remain at a minimum of 6 feet tall. Q3: Will a breaker need to be supplied? A3: There is an existing breaker, however if the amperage changes a new breaker will need to be installed. Q6: Are their multiple rooms fed from the same breaker? A6: There is one (1), three (3) phase breaker for each room Q4: What is the length of the test? A4: Test times will range between 30 minutes to 2 hours; however they should not be limited solely to these times. Q5: What is the current distance between the ceiling of the room and the roof? A5: Approximately sixteen (16) feet from the floor of the room to the roof deck and approximately eight (8) feet from the ceiling of the room to the roof deck. Q7: Are there any specific environmental procedures that need to be addresses when demoing/removing the existing environmental systems? A7: An AF From 332 shall be submitted to the Civil Engineering (CE) flight on Tyndall by the customer. Once a 332 is approved either CE or the contractor may perform the work. However, CE must track all progress and the refrigerant must be disposed of in accordance with current enviromental standards. Q8: After award, when will the room be ready to start work? A8: 2 business days after notification of award Q9: During what times will the contractor have access to the facilities for the work to be performed? A9: 0700-1600 Central Time, Monday thru Friday
