Description

Sole Source J&A for ABA Tutor Services - to Butterfly Effects The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) requires applied behavior analysis intervention services for a student with identified autism spectrum disorders. The contract type for this requirement will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular as of this date. The Department of Defense Domestic Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) is a federal government agency, an education activity, tax exempt, and qualified for academic/educational pricing. FSC Code: U009, Education Services. NAICS Code: 611710, Educational Services. Small Business Size Standard: $7M. This is a Non-Competitive Contract Action: The intended source for this award is Butterfly Effects, as market research has indicated that this company is the only source which provides the oversight of a board certified ABA tutor as well as the required web-based sharing platform for sharing data. See attached Justification and Approval.
